Horizon2020 is now out: the new framework for Research and Innovation has reached the end of the legislative path by receiving the approval of the European Parliament and of the European Council and the first set of calls for projects has now been published by the European Commission.
With an unprecedented budget of €80 billion, the new programme, overarching the next 7 years, puts a new emphasis on the importance of innovation and demonstration projects that enable new technologies to quickly reach the European market.
This newly adjusted focus on innovation aims to boost growth, jobs and competitiveness in Europe. It is now time for industry actors and other relevant parties in the chemical sector to respond to the call for projects the European Commission has put out.
For this purpose, SusChem has organized the SusChem Brokerage and Project Submission Workshop that will take place on the 31st January at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel, Place Rogier 3 in Brussels. It will be the perfect occasion to move forward with your ideas and projects for Horizon2020!
At the event, you will be able to finalise your projects for the upcoming and future calls with the support of SusChem’s Innovation Managers and EU funding experts. They will help you finalize your proposal, complete the consortia with appropriate partners and advise you on how to have the best chances to get your projects accepted.
